If you believe n1jl has not handled your personal data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines, which is the competent supervisory authority under RA 10173.
Response commitment: n1jl will acknowledge data subject rights requests within 3 business days and complete the request or provide a substantive update within 15 business days. For complex requests, we may extend this by an additional 15 business days with prior notice to you.

The n1jl Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years or older. n1jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The minimum gambling age in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations is 21 — not 18. This is enforced through mandatory KYC identity verification on every account.
If n1jl discovers or is notified that an account has been created by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all personal data associated with that account will be reviewed, and the data will be deleted to the extent legally permissible.
